Tiny Treasures
Tiny Treasures program is designed to help mothers and their families get off to a healthy start. The program started as a postpartum home visitation program where a Registered Nurse goes to the new family's home and assesses the infant and the mother. Teaching and questions are answered at that time on baby and mother care. The program has grown to also include breast feeding support & breast care products by Medela, patient education, and an annual Memorial Service. For those of us who never knew
The Tiny Treasure of you.
We dreamed, we planned your future with care,
And then in a moment came despair.
For our dreams and plans came to an end,
the guilt, the why's, the only if I, filtered in.
And now we release the balloons to the sky,
a note attached, a tear, a sigh.
For us down here and you up there, we hold
each other in the memories of a
Tiny Treasure.
