Building Structure

• Exterior wall panels are now complete. The subcontractor (PML) is working on the roof trusses and the upper roof framing details. These areas are set to complete by Friday, March 11th.
  
  Slab on Grade Concrete Pours
  
• These have gone slower than expected due to the cold temps and the time frame that it takes to dry out the soils. The process is coming right along now, and with the warming weather we will start to pick up the pace.
  
  
• The bed wing is scheduled to be poured out by March 11th and with that, we will focus on the NE corner of the building (Mech Rm, Kitchen area). We will then start to make floor pours from this point and work our way west towards the bed wing. We do this so that our interior framing can begin in the mechanical room and electrical rooms. These areas always take the longest to complete and are the back-bone of the building.
  
  Interior
  
• Shanahan Plumbing has begun to install the roof drain system in the bed wing.
  
• Middleton Electric has hung temporary lighting, and is working on the electric room under floor conduit rough-ins.
  
• Penro has installed the water main stub-up and the fire main stub-up in the mechanical room.
