Medicare Drug Discount Cards Medicare is now making available discount cards with enrollment from May 3, 2004 to December 31, 2005. This program is not limited to low-income senior citizens. Area residents with questions may contact Rita Brehmer at the Pender Community Hospital Monday thru Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Please call (402) 385-4016 to set up an appointment time. A volunteer with the Nebraska Senior Health Insurance Information Program (SHIP), has been trained to answer questions about the drug discount cards and to help individuals figure out which drug card would be beneficial. |
