National Institute On Aging
The National Institute on Aging (NIA), one of the 25 institutes and centers of the National Institutes of Health, leads a broad scientific effort to understand the nature of aging and to extend the healthy, active years of life. In 1974, Congress granted authority to form the National Institute on Aging to provide leadership in aging research, training, health information dissemination, and other programs relevant to aging and older people. Subsequent amendments to this legislation designated the NIA as the primary federal agency on Alzheimer's disease research.

Northeast Nebraska Area Agency On Aging
The Mission of the Northeast Nebraska Area Agency on Aging is to assist older adults to remain independent. This is done through a variety of programs and services.

National Senior Advisory Counsel
The NSAC is a national senior retirement planning organization dedicated to solving the problems facing today's seniors. We have focused our financial resources on identifying, researching and finding solutions to the problems of seniors - including the financial devastation, which is often caused by enormous long-term health care costs. It is our goal to comprehensively serve the needs of seniors.
