Nurse Completes Training
Jan Harrison, RN, BSN has received a certificate of completion from the webWOC Nursing Education Program and will receive her board certification this summer. Jan received two scholarships that helped her with the funding of her classes the first a $1,000 scholarship from WOCN Society a National Organization and the second a $500 scholarship from Iowa WOCN Affiliates this past February.
Jan is now able to service patients in need of wound, ostomy and continence care at area nursing homes and hospitals. This service is offered through the Pender Community Hospital.
