Prior DON Taking on Tasks of New Job
Dee Moeller has accepted the position of Employee Health Coordinator for the Pender Community Hospital and Pender Care Centre. As the Employee Health Coordinator, Dee will work in close coordination with the Human Resource Manager, Infection Control Manager, Facilities Director, and Physical Therapy Supervisor to oversee the employee health and safety, employee injury and illness prevention, the worker's compensation programs and to promote employee wellness. Dee will also continue to coordinate Cardiac Rehabilitation Services and be involved with some specific patient care activities. Dee has been at the PCH for 29 years, serving as Director of Nursing for the past 16 years.
